(Bakubaku) is an onomatopoeic expression for a racing heart, a バク (Baku) is also a youkai that devours nightmares. It’s depicted towards the end of the video.

Translation

My heart’s thumping. What should I do?
I feel like I’m dreaming.
Your words have stolen my heart away.
From the moment our eyes met, I noticed it,
a faint, faint sound that’s like a spring sunbeam.

I race through the corridors, heading for a distant classroom.
I can sense the bell about to ring, and it scares me.

Petals flutter all around. I haven’t encountered you today.
I tread softly. I want to see you. My heart swells up from all my hopes.

My heart’s thumping. What should I do?
I’m always off in a delusion or daydream.
It looks like my words will reach you.
Too vague? Why? Fill me with even more euphoria.
If this is a nightmare, I want you to eat it up and make it go away.

Loves me. Loves me not. Loves me. Loves me not.
The petals I tear off determine a fleeting future.
Nothing matters if I’m not with you.
It’s a future where I laugh, knowing my love won’t be fulfilled.

I sense that this flower will die
but I want my budding feelings, at the very least, to swell by your warmth.

My heart’s thumping. Wait, I’ve had enough.
The sound, the echo is even louder, like an encircling net.
If it’s going to reach your heart
then the others should get out of my way.
Even without a pulse, the beating of my heart continues.
After all, I’ll wait forever for you to respond.

Youth’s spring passed in a flash. Third year. I’ll be all grown up soon.
It’s not the time to say I’ll spend all next year down in the dumps
so why don’t I go talk to you—tell you that I miss you.
Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry!
