The title is another one that’s tricky to interpret. You can look at it as こい（は）人しれず, ‘Love is Secretive’, or you can look at it as こい人 しれず, ‘Unknown to My Lover’ (similar to 人しれず). The lack of kanji makes it all the more difficult, so it’s probably intentional.
