I was searching for the lyrics to this song forever, and then Amilka went and found them for me, so thank you very much!

This song itself deals with Seija and her contrary personality. The title, which can be literally translated to “Stop at my finger” refers to a traditional Japanese children’s game, which appears to be used when getting someone to play with you or to decide who’s it in a game of tag, etc. Basically, people who want to play need to touch the finger of the person who says “この指とまれ.” Some parts don’t exactly mirror the Japanese lyrics, but I did my best to bring across the spirit of the original text.

Translation

The game silently begins.
There’s only one chance.
Follow me.
Follow me.

I suppose you can’t see it. Depending on how you look at it,
My malice could actually be a pure wish.
There’s no meaning in prayer
So I won’t wait any more. I believed that, after being granted the power to rule,
The world would be free. I felt it in my heart.
It felt like I had been born again.

Each time I polish my rusty claws,
The knowledge that I’ll never be satisfied with dreams and reality
Destroys my heart and eats away at me…

I don’t care if the world is torn to pieces.
Upon the trembling, shaken earth,
The only places left are the ones I wanted.
Now, I head toward a ruined world.

The game silently begins.
There’s only one chance.
Follow me.
Follow me.

I suppose my shrewd malice
Is something that just can’t be hidden.
I don’t care if I’m found out. Without thinking,
I’m gonna crash headfirst into things!

Silent jealousy gave it form.
We’ll stop before we kill you, as long as we’re on top.

I want to run so wild I’m torn to pieces.
I don’t care about what happens in the end.
I just want to make the people who thought they were right
Tremble in fear.

I don’t mind if I use up all my strength and die.
It’s not like I have any regrets.
The wishes everyone longed for were granted
In this ruined world.

I looked up at the sky.
There wasn’t a single cloud.
This is what I wanted to see.

Hello. Thank you for your translation.

    > コノユビトマレ
    > Stop my fingers.

Without context, I would translate it to “Stop at my finger.”,
as the phrase reminds me of the play in childhood,
though I can’t figure out in what context this phrase is.
If you figured out a context and chose the translation, it will be appropriate.

    > 鋭いだろ 悪意だから
    > How perceptive. I suppose my malice

I think the thing which is 「鋭い」 here is 「悪意」(malice).
On this condition, I feel that “perceptive” to 「鋭い」 don’t suit much.
I consulted a dictionary and got a word “shrewd” that appears to be able both to describe “malice” and to be translated to 「鋭い」.

    > 千切れるほど暴かれたいな

It seems the singer sings 「暴れたい」 not 「暴かれたい」.
I think 「暴れたい」 suits the context.

I was researching この指とまれ, and I found something interesting – it looks like the phrase is translated in the Pokemon games as ‘follow me’. From what I could see, it looks like この指とまれ is used to gather people to play with the person playing. In this song, could the phrase be used to refer to Seija gathering people up to join in her revolution? If that’s the case, then I think ‘follow me’ would work. What do you think?

        > In this song, could the phrase be used to refer to Seija gathering people up to join in her revolution?

It could be. That is what occurred to me yesterday.
Still the two paragraphs where 「コノユビトマレ」 appear are too vague to determine who is doing what.
At least, from the phrase 「我らが上ならば」, 「私」(who should be Seija) is not alone in this revolution.

        > If that’s the case, then I think ‘follow me’ would work. What do you think?

        It would be fine.
The word-for-word translation “stop at my finger” or “stay with this finger” would be literally correct but would not make sense in English.
