Before I found the official translation, I was going to translate the title as The AR City TOGENKYO. TO幻KYO (TOGENKYO) has a few interesting elements in it. If you take 幻 (gen, illusion) away you get Tokyo. The whole thing also sounds like 桃源郷 (tougenkyou, Shangri-La).
