It’s likely that ‘tekito’ in the title is the romanised form of 適当.

The word seems quite negative in tone, so I chose to translate it as ‘slack.’ [Thanks to 空見りんき for letting me know more about how the word is used!]

Even though I put the translated title up there, feel free to go with the one you like more. The song itself goes through a whole series of different images, including a struggling manga author and someone waiting for the one they love beneath the cherry blossoms… Of course, since it’s rap, the lyrics serve more of a rhythmic role. Even so, there’s still some pretty deep stuff in there.
