This song seems to be about loneliness/isolation. Perhaps Flandre is trapped alone inside, using the art of ‘maki-e’ to reflect on the happy times in her past…

Just a quick note:
鳥居 (torii) refers to the traditional gates often found at the entrance to Shinto shrines.
蒔絵 (maki-e) refers to a form of decorative lacquer (gold or silver in colour).

Translation

I listen to a lullaby.
All I have to do is wind this spring.
It always sings the same song, without getting tired.

How long, how long will it go around?
A scraping sound from the gears is heard over my voice.
How long, how long will the door remain closed?
Somebody beckons from outside.

The dream maki-e depicts the foliage, which draws a line when engulfed by the torii.
Its dried lacquer can be seen by someone, someday.
The dream maki-e depicts you. You pull my hand and will not fall into my memories.
Brilliant colours rest even in my rusty wounds.

I listen to a lullaby. All I have to do is wind this spring.
That voice begins to wither as the long years pass.

How long, how long can I live?
Blurred sounds. The gears were close to breaking.
Why, why is there a gap?
These are small grains of the time I was given.

The dream maki-e fell to ruin after being engulfed by the seasons.
Its dried lacquer gazes upon long memories.
The dream maki-e will not fall into the mansion you wanted to show me.
That fleeting moment, in which I stand still, is so beautiful.

The dream maki-e depicts the foliage, which draws a line when engulfed by the torii.
Its dried lacquer can be seen by someone, someday.
The dream maki-e depicts you. You pull my hand and will not fall into my memories.
I add a lullaby to the rusty landscape, and draw.
