This appears to be part of a trilogy of videos about Miku, a religious warrior, and GUMI, a revolutionary. If ergonomic means “designed for comfort,” then perhaps this song sets up a dichotomy between ‘structured’ religion and ‘free’ rebellion…

yama no kamigami to hangyaku inshi wa
shinkou no chigai de hyouri ga kawaru
yari, yumi, ishiono, irezumi o seotte
soto kara no kaze o danzetsu shitekita
shinkou, ikenie, shokuji ni kenkou,
kazoku, kisoku, bachi
shisai no otsuge ni somuita imin wa
yama no kamigami no moto e kaesu dake

Both the mountain gods and the rebels
change through differences in faith.
Bearing spears, bows, axes, and tattoos,
They came to sever the wind coming from outside.
Faith, sacrifice, wholesome diets,
Family, rules, punishment…
The immigrants who disobeyed the oracles
were just returned to the mountain gods.

main nrty karana chaahate hain

I want to dance.

The strong, settling disputes with force, are the victors.
Dead men tell no tales. This is the dead’s mischief.
Violence creates grand changes.
Such is humanity—they strike and kill.
Love, mercy, justice, evil…
They’re commands from laughable words.
Violence creates grand changes.
Such is humanity—they strike and kill.

shisai no kotoba wa inochi yori omoi
yakusoku no toki ga warera ni chikazuku

The words of a priest are more important than life.
The promised time approaches us.

yama no kami? sono tsukami iranaku ne?
douse saigo wa shinu dake da
kanjouron sono toki no shinkou de
me no iro sura kawaru hito
hito no kawa? oni no kao?
tsugou no yoi shinkouron
gatagata no shinkou o, ima
hataki tsubusun da

The mountain god? You don’t need such a firm grip on them, right?
After all, you’ll just end up dying.
When making emotional arguments, momentary faith
will make some people go into a frenzy.
Human skin? The face of demons?
Sooner or later, hidden cruelty will come to light.
What a convenient faith-based argument.
Now, I’m gonna crush
that decrepit faith!
