The title is interesting, since it doesn’t seem like 知路 is an actual word – I couldn’t even find any clues on how to pronounce it. I translated it kanji by kanji, which is how I got known (知) and road (路).

Separately, there’s a few points in the chorus where the vocalists sing different things, one after the other. Sometimes they don’t seem to fit, but sometimes they do, so use your judgement when reading/listening…

Translation

When I opened my eyes, I was alone in a warm, white place.
When I closed my eyes, I was alone. Your warm hands vanish.

Though I wonder whether I should search for you, gone from my side,
I remember your words from back then: “We were born beneath two stars drawn to each other.”

I’ll hurry here, with you, (before they’re erased by the cold wind.)
We have sights we want to see. (We’ve got to reach them before the footprints fade away.)
No matter where we are, (it’s the same as one of our usual dates.)

Unawares, we feel a pleasant distance between us.
Once we realised, we decided on a safe distance.

Though your song echoes while you are absent from my side,
I remember your words from back then: “We are parallel lines, wishing on those sounds.”

After passing through the light, (So I won’t forget the melody you left behind,
there’s something secret to both of us. (I have to sing with you before your footprints fade.)
I have a dream where we can smile together, (in the same mood as always.)

We did nothing but look away from what we didn’t know, acting like we knew it all.
Something solid appears before me from you, other than the warmth of holding your hand.

I’ll hurry here, with you, (before they’re erased by the cold wind.)
We have sights we want to see. (We’ve got to reach them before the footprints fade away.)
No matter where we are, (it’s the same as one of our usual dates.)

Let’s go and find the end of that vanished program together!
