When Azuki’s in charge, you know the lyrics are going to have some powerful images – this track is no exception. I won’t give too much of it away; I’d say the speaker is most likely Seija, but I’ll leave the rest of the details to your imagination… [The album title should really be ‘lagrange point,’ but whatever.]

非公式の英訳/Unofficial translation

The lengthening shadows are lonely – nothing can be touched by those hands.
The ones in this landscape are myself, the shadows, and that honest person –
A villager who would shut their window even in an ordinary world.
I fear wolves. Perhaps, in the same way, I fear that young boy, as well.

They bear no malice towards the pebble they tripped over.
The one over there is indifferent, worrying about nobody.

Aah, I break off a single, beautiful Suzuran.
I believe now, too, in the reality of a heart eaten away
By fake wiles.

In this fickle world, too, changes are born before you know it.
Floating things seem to sink, and sunken things seem to float –
Like this, lies are smeared with ash, and only the hands of the clock are correct.
They carve away at me.

Aah, because everything is here,
I sneer, together with the garbage. My heart still seeks equilibrium.
My screams shake off my doubts and delusions.
There is no longer anyone who will listen to the words
I have spat out at length. That, I believe.

I do not regret it. However, if I could go back in time,
I want to return to that time, but without an underlying motive attached.
I do not want to attach it…

Aah, I shall accept everything!
I shall cast away my honour and my shame, and reverse the hands of that broken clock.
I believe they will turn…
Someday, the wolf must eat up the villager who does not believe in it.
Until that day, I shall sleep. Perhaps I should wish
The tranquility brought about by mixing rules and order together
Upon the world…
