I feel like we need a guide on how to translate those breakdowns in Vocaloid songs where the lyrics turn into a stream of consciousness…
I went with “my blood sugar level when I’m angry” because “blood sugar level of anger” just… sounded a bit odd.

Translation
F***. That damn bastard
spews up boring lies.
I patched up my sick cells
with disgusting masks.
The gossip ended up travelling unaided.
Silent love is what was needed.
Together, let’s meet at teatime.
I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.
Let’s dance the Carmen (1)
at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.
Only a little bit left now…
You’re good at putting the squeeze on—
You even use doubt and crazy deeds.
Prostitutes were running rampant
and the charming masquerade bloomed out of season.
I began to go numb in my delusion.
We whirled around and killed each other.
While crying, I was saying “help me…”
Tomorrow let’s meet at teatime.
I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.
Let’s dance the Carmen
at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.
This is my heart rate when bidding farewell.
I restrain my blood sugar level when I’m angry.
I have an explosive stroke.
The question mark is almost broken.
Tomorrow let’s meet at teatime.
I’ll garnish it with the choicest sweetness.
Let’s dance the Carmen
at the banquet. Please accept my burning rage.
I’ll love you
until the day finally comes when all can be forgiven.
I’ll say you’re loathsome.
Laugh! Take my rage, which will turn to ash.
Only a little bit left now…
Translator’s Note
(1) In this song, the English words in brackets that are sung in place of Japanese words closely match the meaning of what they replace. This is the exception: 情熱 (jounetsu – passion) is written, but Carmen is sung.
