This track is also a demo for the CeVIO voicebank SEKAI (the voice of whom was provided by the singer for this song).
I wasn’t able to find a clear answer for the meaning of the ヰ (wi) in the title. I see it as having a similar meaning to the 異 in 異世界 (isekai, parallel world), which influenced my translation.

Translation
The wounded bird brushes against the sky.
The weapons of the liars light up the dream.
I ask, I ask, I ask but there is no reply or solution.
I’m on a sudden trip, living with a destination in mind.
A kaleidoscope of words blocks the light
among random justice and a swelling of stars.
The jewellery box comes from the otherland, far far away.
Each time it opens, everything is covered in mud.
Look at them,
the people who sneer, who endure,
who fall, who escape,
who grieve, who die,
who call and who disappear.
The people who sneer, who endure,
who fall, who escape
and who grieve.
The rainbow streets were burning.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
That’s how I want it to be, or is it what I wish for?
Don’t spill over yet!
At least, not before my voice goes.
Beasts hunt for nameless flowers
in the ruined imperial capital, among fragments of dreams.
Darkness, disagreement, illness, and severity lie in the artillery box.
Each time I touch it I’m covered in bruises.
Are they just
weak ones? Screaming ones?
Disappearing ones? Tearing ones?
Swelling or clearing ones?
Even the things around me are getting blurry.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
I’m covered in wounds and drowning.
But don’t spill over!
If there’s still hearts that can be saved—
The boy turns back
with a gun in his hand.
The light is covered
by dull sludge.
The rain has brought with it
a song of rainbows.
Nice to meet you (other)world.
Farewell (other)world.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
That’s how I want it to be, or is it what I wish for?
Don’t spill over yet!
Tomorrow’s the day.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
It’s a wonderful (other)world.
I saw it! I heard it!
It was covered in mud
but it was a jewel!
I wonder
what people once called
this feeling, which fell upon the world.
Ah,
la la la la.
