Another Butaotome original. Is it just me, or are the lyrics of their original songs vaguer than their Touhou songs? Anyway, 指しゃぶり doesn’t specifically refer to the act of ‘thumb-sucking’ (being more closer in meaning to ‘finger-sucking’), but thumb-sucking seems to be the more commonly-used term in English, so I went with that.
